Walking With Daddy

Maddie just loves to stand up now! Crawling is fine, but it at all possible, she wants to stand up. Daddy was very impressed with Miss Maddie and her walking. She is still shaky on her legs, but I think she should be taking her first steps in the next few months.

Poor Magnus. Now that Maddie is moving around so much, and I am sick of her being covered in dirt, we have made the upstairs a people only area. Magnus is not taking the news very well. He sleeps very sadly at the bottom of the stairs. He is very sad and so is daddy. Maddie loves the freedom, though! It is also too cold to be down in Maddie's play area. It was a high of 12 yesterday with a low of 0. Yes, people, I am talking about 0 Fahrenheit. Brrrrr!!



Maddie also wants to welcome Aunt Vanessa and Uncle Jeff's son, Lincoln Michael (Link) into the world! Vanessa worked very hard and had an 8 pound, 10 ounce baby without any pain killers! Wow! He was born at about 10:45 on Thursday night. We can't wait to meet you Link!
