A Touch of Spring

Well, it finally warmed up. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! It was in the 50's and I about had a heart attack. Maddie and I went for a walk up and down the street collecting rocks and sticks while Daddy slept (post call ... rough night).

Daddy woke up early and so we went out for pizza at this great new place in the Loop called Pi. They have the best deep dish pizza!

Maddie tried eating a couple olives. First with a fork ...

and then, she found a better way.
Then she tried on the pizza rack as a had.

After that, we walked to FroYo and grabbed some delicious yogurt. Ice cream outside ... ahhh ... we can't wait for Spring and Summer! (too bad it is supposed to get cold again ... ugh! I'll take the break, though!)
Then Maddie and Little Man hung out after her nap.
