The weather was PERFECT - high 70's and sunny. Nick scored tickets to the Cardinals game so we packed up and I headed to the game with my Peanut and Cracker Jack.
Maddie had her traditional piggy-back ride to the stadium. So sweet.

I love it!
Could I look any happier? My baby, the game and some cotton candy! Just right!
Maddie and I discovered that each time we looked away, something amazing happened ... so we took a bunch of silly photos of the two of us. Enjoy ...

After the game, they announced that kids could run the bases. Maddie was VERY excited about that. We went down to wait to get on the field and took some photos right at the edge.

Once the line started moving, we got in pretty fast. Here we are walking down to the field.
Here is a little video of our adventures running the bases. We got out there and were told only one parent could run the bases. I thought it would probably be more exciting for Nick to be on the field than me, so you will see us switch spots.
You can't tell, but this is actually them rounding second base ...
Here they come!
Home run!
Great view, huh?A family photo after running the bases. Maddie does not like Nick's phone because she it has the reverse side camera and she does not like seeing herself on his phone. Kind of funny.
As I am sure you have guessed, Maddie passed out after the long day. She was out cold.
