We went to the mall for some last minute shopping and forgot that Santa was there. Maddie saw him and was really excited to sit on his lap. We were in play clothes so we had to do an emergency trip to Gymboree for a headband and red shirt. We waited and waited (Daddy was very good to wait as long as we did). Maddie hopped up into Santa's lap - no problem. They then started just chit chatting. He asked her what she wanted and she told him a princess doll. We then stepped back and they literally sat there for about 3 minutes just talking about who knows what. Nick has a video (will try and upload it soon) of them talking. It was really cute. So - here is our first Santa picture. Beautiful!
