Maddie met her second cousin Simon. He made her a nice toy ... looks a little like a cat toy, doesn't it! She loved it, though. Ha!


Maddie and Nana danced.

It seems that no matter where we go, the best toy is still the yogurt carton. Very strange!




Maddie's Nana 2 took a bunch of photos ... ... here are a couple of those photos.


Maddie is still eating well.

Another cousin, Christie came over for another visit.

Maddie just loves Aunty Marg (mum's youngest sister).


Another bath ...

Look at how great she is at standing! One handed on a table. Just looks like she is hanging out! Who needs big people to get around! She is walking along furniture and is almost too fast to catch when crawling. She is getting so good!



After many long days, Maddie takes good long naps.


Here she is in her cute tennis outfit that Grandma Ankle gave her before the trip. She looked SO cute!!!

Maddie helped do the laundry. Same way she does it in the States ... one big pile. What a good helper!


We went to Maddie's Great Aunt and Uncle's house (Jan and Terry) where Maddie played with Mrs. B. What a sweet kitty cat!


We also discovered that Maddie does not like grass! Please note the face!

With Aunty Jannie is the garden.

Then we went for a swim. No, she is not in a HazMat suit, it is a UV suit. It keeps all those rays off her fresh baby skin. NZ sun is quite harsh.


After our swim, Maddie put on her white hot pants and sat on a mat with her Nana 2 (we are still trying to work out her name).


We discovered that the grass is a perfect playpen. It kept Maddie on the mat. Please note the feet! How funny is that!

Maddie tried a cherry. She mostly chewed the stem.


Maddie and Simon played on the mat. Maddie is so strong, she started to tear the phone book to shreds!





Silly tongue! She is playing with her new teeth. She now has two on the bottom (all the way in), what looks like a fang on the top coming through, and two more on the top on their way. One just broke the surface and the other is just swollen. Poor baby!

Although there is a TON more to upload, I hope this satisfies Maddie's fans for a couple of days! It takes a long time to get all of this uploaded and there is just so much! I am behind, so I will try to at least catch up in the next couple of days.
