November Fun

It has been pretty cold around here. Evelyn was so excited to wear her hat with Bubba Kiwi on it.

Maddy spends a lot of time talking about a special trip she wants to take. :)

I love watching the girls work at the table together. It is so sweet. They will sit there and color forever. Evelyn is in love with Maddy and wants to do pretty much whatever she does.

School photos are here! Beautiful Maddy. I look back at her school pictures from each year and it is amazing to see how much she has grown and how grown up she looks now! No more chubby baby cheeks.
Poor Evelyn. Her class did not take photos until 11:40. She normally has lunch at 11 and starts nap time at 11:30. Because of this, they didn't get her best attitude ... but got some pretty classic shots.
Nailed it!

Baby's first mug shot.

Pretty much every day, I pick Evelyn up from school and am told some crazy story. Today wins the prize for craziest story ever. Evelyn decided to paint her cot, her clothes, the walls, her blankets etc with her own ... well ... poop. They discovered her when she kept putting it in her hands and clapping. So ... she carried her laundry home.

Daddy was home this weekend so it was time for some Star Wars!

Got in them all by herself.

More coloring. Maddy has been teaching Evelyn her letters. She knows about 10 letters already!

Super cuteness at school!

Maddy's reflection on Star Wars:
I watched Star Wars. It was like the awesomest movie I've ever seen. I love it so so much.
The queen she was awesome."
Daddy is proud.

Needed to both fill some time on a cold Saturday as well as make some lunch. Tah dah - make your own tortilla pizza lunch! (we had it the next day too ... they loved cooking lunch themselves!)

Evelyn doesn't like to nap at school but needs to nap. This particular day, she fell asleep on the car ride to get Maddy. We had to stop at the store first so I just set up a little bed for her in the cart. Poor baby. I wish she would just nap at school.
