Spring Break Fun

Here are a few more adventures Maddie and I had over Spring Break.  It was such a beautiful week!  The weather was perfect - 70's and sunny all week.  We got out and did something every day.  Here we are at the zoo.  Maddie, while being quite a princess, loves bugs.  She picks them up and lets them crawl all over her.  It is a funny combination but I guess it kind of balances out the girlie part. 

A baby elephant was born a couple months ago.

Maddie loves climbing on the rocks at the front of the zoo.  It is almost as good (if not better) than her time in the zoo.

After the zoo, we went to the park for a little more fun in the sun!

Daddy came home from one of his interview trips and had a day off.  We decided that it was time to introduce Maddie to mini-golf.  She LOVED it ... and was pretty good!

Daddy is quite a mini-golf talent.  He got a hole in one on the last hole and won a coupon for a free Ted Drewes ice cream.  I can't think of a better coupon. 

Maddie asked to hold her Daddy's arm like this.  I don't know how she knows that you can walk arm in arm like that.  Really funny.  She insisted on walking all the way down the street like this.
