Our days and nights are filled with lots of love and laughs.
Here are my silly girls at the grocery store. In the end, Evelyn had to be moved up to the top again because every time I stopped things started flying off the shelves. She is a mini terror. Cute. But a terror.
Cute Maddie in her new PJs - Thanks Nana!
This was Maddie's first writing assessment. They had to draw a picture and then write about it. "The Rainbow and flower." Pretty good!
Silly munchin.
Maddie loves pattern. That is all I have to say about this picture.
I needed to vacuum upstairs so I asked Maddie to get in Evelyn's crib with her. This is what I found when I was done. So silly!
It has been REALLY cold here but sunny. I guess that is the trade off. We decided to go on something called a Honey Bee Trail Walk (it was a trail walk at the botanical gardens for little kids). We had a great time learning about plants - no honey bees though ... WAY too cold.
It was too bright in Princess Maddie's room. I brought her a mask to wear. She LOVED it.
Maddie helped me make Thanksgiving dinner. Here she is making some pies!
Evelyn helped us EAT Thanksgiving dinner. :)
My mornings cuddled with my girls.
Maddie and I had a special date to go see Frozen. It was so good and so much fun!
Evelyn LOVES books. She grabs a book, runs over saying "boo, boo!!" then makes you let her sit in your lap. I love it.
I pulled out some little chairs from the garage. They are the perfect size for Evelyn (and yes ... she also uses them as step stools to get to whatever she wants that I have placed out of reach).
Reading in a chair.
I needed a really warm coat for Evelyn. I pulled out this old down coat of Maddie's. Only problem is it is a 24 mo size. She thought it was really funny and ran around and around. This was the best photo I could get!
The sweetest sisters. Evelyn loves reading with Maddie. Maddie is a great reader!
The river had ice on it is was so cold! No thank you Portland!
Relaxing in the big chair.
Silly Santa - Thank you Aunt Debbie!
Darth Evelyn (again - best shot I could get - she is always on the move!)
Bundled up at the park.
Evelyn doesn't like it when people eat something she is not also eating. It makes her crazy in fact. I bought some drumsticks and Maddie wanted one. She had to eat it hiding in the kitchen so Evelyn couldn't see. Seriously.
One perk of being a stay at home mom is that I can go on field trips now! Here we are on our way to Peter Pan at the Children's Theater
Love
I told Evelyn she was done with her dinner. She convinced her Daddy to pick her up when he got home. She sat there quietly eating his dinner too. She is a little pig.
But just too cute!
Evelyn loves baby dolls. I saw the little baby backpack and put it on her. She was so excited! Our little girlie girl.
Shopping at the mall with his girls. Love these people.
Maddie and I went rock climbing. She was not quite as brave as the first time ... but she was still great at it!
Maddie had PJ day at school. How cute is this?! Thanks for her new robe Nana!
