Maddie lost her first tooth! ... and I mean really lost it! She swallowed it! It was very wiggly for a long time but she never tried to pull it out. Loose teeth make me squirm so I never tried either. We were cleaning up today and Maddie said "My tooth is gone!" I asked where it went and she said it must have fallen out on the table. :) We looked and looked and we think it probably just fell out and she swallowed it.
She was still VERY excited so she wrote a note to the tooth fairy.
"I am sorry tooth fairy. I accidentally swallowed my tooth. From Maddy (she has started spelling her name with a Y for some reason) PS I am super excited for my tooth to come out."
Nana sent her a tooth fairy pillow weeks ago when the tooth was first wiggly. (this note is from March 10th - it took a month to come out!)
We are so excited to finally use it! Hooray Maddie!
