Family Vacation

We decided we wanted to stay close for our family vacation. The Oregon coast is so nice and we thought it would be fun to go up to Seaside for a few days and stay. 

On our way up to Seaside, we decided to take a detour to Tillamook and try out the dairy! It was wonderful! We had lunch (mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches).

Then I sent Maddie and Daddy to get ice cream. They came back with the ice cream platter. All 30 something flavors in one bowl. Evelyn (and Mommy) was in heaven.

Most of the time I feel like I live in a post card. This was our drive up the 101

We spent every day at the beach. Some days were a little chilly in the morning but they were all nice. We had so much fun!

We went to the aquarium and fed the seals. They were so sweet and so much fun!

 

 

The girls touched all kinds of animals in the touch tank. Evelyn took a poor starfish off the wall. Daddy managed to reattach it.

These three people enjoyed digging holes at the beach. Daddy loved it the most I think.

On our last day, we decided to give the seagulls the last of our bread. The girls loved it!

We went and had lunch and then got on the road. It was a WONDERFUL family vacation full of so much fun. We love the Oregon beaches!
