Evelyn's birthday is coming up and we have seen these glider bikes all over Portland. We thought they would be perfect for Evelyn. They are two wheeled bikes that are missing pedals. It teaches the kids how to balance and control the front wheel without the added coordination of pedaling. We tried out a friend's bike and she was SUPER excited! We will pick one up on her birthday so she can start riding her bike like Maddie! (in the video she is mostly just standing and walking but eventually it works like a scooter/skateboard - they push with their feet and build up speed and then glide).
Since she started school, Evelyn has started singing all the time. She loves Baa Baa Black Sheep and the ABCs the most (OBE's is what she sings but it is so super cute!). I have been trying and trying to get a recording of her singing. We have some super sweet ones of Maddie and they are little voices I never want to forget. Evelyn will not, however, perform for the camera. This video is of her refusing to sing at first and then the one where you see the counter and not her is me secretly recording her singing. :)
