Maddie, Daddy and I have been enjoying snow cones at this WONDERFUL shaved ice place. Maddie calls it "Gaga Snow" because it is Daddy's favorite place. Here are the twins enjoying their snow.
A couple days later, we discovered that the snow place was closed, so we went for an early dinner at Steak and Shake and Maddie had her first milk shake (no, August was not the healthiest of months) and she LOVED it. Here are my twins again.

To work off all of our sweets, we have been spending lots of time at different parks. Maddie and Daddy love playing at the part (so do I).
Maddie has found her alligator pillow/blanket thing from Nanny (from over a year ago!) and she loves to cuddle up with it. Very sweet.

Maddie can be really silly on Saturday mornings. She loves to get in all the beds in the house. This morning, she snuggled up in her blowup bed with our fluffy duvet, her teddy and Mary Lou .... and of course, a guy (binki). She was very silly.

Here we are in another park. Daddy needed a little time to work on Saturday, so Maddie and I went to a park that is just around the corner. Their pond has started to grow green plants (they were not there last time) ... and we thought they were beautiful!

We went to the supermarket that afternoon, and well ... we found out that kids under 10 get a free cookie (continued unhealthy trend). Maddie, of course, chose some double chocolate something. It was too bright for Miss Maddie, so she needed my sunglasses. We also found the perfect grocery cart for Maddie - the space ship one. You can face front, be up high and there are TWO steering wheels. It was like it was made for Maddie.

Maddie is my sunshine on a rainy day (although Linda noted that she also brightens up sunny days, too!). She wore her skinny jeans, her gum boots and her rain coa
