Pumpkin Carving

So ... we got a beautiful pumpkin from Eckert's Farm ... and the squirrel who lives in our house is adding food to his room and board demands. He hacked into our pumpkin ...

We wanted to make sure to carve one with Maddie, so we went to the store and bought a new one. Maddie wanted it to look like the one on her shirt. She watched as our expert got started.


She made sure to remind him of what he should look like.


Daddy opened it up ... and you will see what Maddie thought of the insides of a pumpkin.

OH NO ... this is NOT for me.

Mean mommy forced her into participating.


Maddie finally agreed to help using a spoon.






Finally we were done and Maddie was very happy.
