I have been home with just Miss Evelyn while Maddie goes to school. We have been busy! She continues to be my bow model - look at that sweet face.
Because why wouldn't you make granola topless?
Little Miss Independent did a great job trying to dress herself. So close!
Evelyn smacks Maddie. Evelyn gets time out. After a little while, I offer to end time out with an apology to Maddie. Evelyn agrees. She walks down the hall to Maddie. Stands 4 inches from her and does nothing (normally a hug is the apology). She looks at me. Say sorry. Shakes head no. Then you have to go back to time-out. Nods head yes and sits back down in time-out. Eventually looks at me and cries (this photo). Once again, I offer an apology in exchange for the end of time out. After a good long thought, she agrees.

Evelyn decided to dress as a European tourist today.
Guess what dummy mommy taught Evelyn that she can wash her own hands. Yep. Our water bill will be a little higher from now on.
Rain days can be fun when you are with someone this cute!
