Ladies Who Lunch

Today, Maddie and I went to Jilly's Cupcake Bar (yes, it is as good as it sounds) for lunch with Urvi and Ting. We did, unfortunately, order our cupcakes first. Counting Maddie, there were four of us, so we ordered four cupcakes. I would like you to understand that the cupcakes are not bake sale size ... these are full blown, size of your face cupcakes! So so good!



Ting looked very cute as an oh so pregnant lady. I am so excited to meet little Mr. Hsu. Maddie can't wait to have another friend.


Congratulations to Nancy and Kevin on the birth of their son Breyen. He was a month early and still weighed more than Maddie did and she was 13 days late! I think it was best that he arrived early (he was 7 lbs 14 oz)! :)


Maddie woke up about half way through lunch and sat in her new Bumbo. It is the greatest new thing! She had a pretty major potty issue towards the end and was very quickly changed out of her very cute cupcake onesie and white pants (not so white now, sadly). Other than that, we had a great time lunching.
