Maddie has been sleeping in a big girl bed.
I was worried about how well she would do in an open bed in a new room.
On the first day, I napped with her.
On the second day, I told her to read her books and take a nap.
I kind of laughed at myself as I said it, but it was worth a try, right?
Well, she did it.
This is how I found her:
She has napped like this every day since.
We will see how long it lasts, but she is doing really well.
Maybe we will move her to a big girl bed at home?!
Maddie has also been very silly since we have been here. Lots of new people to impress. Here she is playing WWE with Nana.
She loves playing Margie (“mar-GEE”)
and reading to the babies with Momma’s Nana.
She has also opened her own hair salon in the living room.
She brings people in and does their hair.
Very funny.
She has napped like this every day since. We will see how long it lasts, but she is doing really well. Maybe we will move her to a big girl bed at home?!
